What are the experiences?

Do I need to do anything to start joining the group experiences?

Group members must complete a preliminary clinical screening for group placement, treatment planning, and goal setting. This is a one-time $85.00 flat fee and done virtually. This can be booked through our appointments page.

Who leads the group experience?

A therapist leads each experience.

Are these experiences confidential?

Grit to Grow Therapy follows all HIPAA compliance in confidentiality. It is imperative that clients understand that these therapeutic experiences take place in public with others. Confidentiality will be encouraged amongst members but cannot be guaranteed due to these factors. The group will work to keep experiences as confidential as possible.

I’m Blythe

I am currently a child and adolescent therapist in Texas. I founded the project-based nonprofit Girl with Grit in 2020. In 2025, I was approached by instructional coordinators at Region 20 Education Service Center to develop a project-based curriculum for schools within one of the largest metropolitan areas in the United States – San Antonio, TX. After years of advocating for project-based learning, I became a child and adolescent therapist to implement my belief of project-based interventions into therapeutic practice. I believe that project-based behavioral therapy can improve confidence, executive functioning, task-orientation, skills-based learning, and improve emotional health.
